CANCELLATION POLICY
At Esme Esthetic Studio, we are committed to providing a seamless and relaxing experience for every client. To respect everyone’s time, please review our policy:
• 15-Minute Grace Period
Clients are given a 15-minute grace period. Arrival within this window will result in shortened service time to avoid delays for other scheduled clients.
• Late Arrivals Beyond 15 Minutes
Appointments will not be honored after 15 minutes, and will be considered a no-show.
• Same-Day Cancellations
We do not accept same-day cancellations.
• Cancellation Notice
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee
No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
RETURN POLICY
Product Policy
All products purchased at Esme Esthetic Studio are final sale.
If you experience any adverse reaction, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will assess the situation and may offer an exchange or studio credit if deemed appropriate.
Due to the nature of professional skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges beyond this timeframe.
CLIENT COURTESY POLICY
At Esme Esthetic Studio, we are dedicated to creating a welcoming, respectful, and professional environment
for both our clients and team.
We kindly ask that all clients treat our staff with respect and courtesy at all times. Any form of rude, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Esme Esthetic Studio reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue treatment if a client’s behavior compromises the comfort, safety, or well-being of our team or other clients.
